How do I choose the right size?

Because every item is custom-made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not maintain a stock warehouse to process size exchanges or general returns if a customer changes their mind. Please double-check our size chart before hitting buy!
What is your policy for refunds or replacements?
Products with legitimate manufacturing defects are 100% eligible for a free replacement or a full refund. This includes items that arrive:

How do I request a return or replacement for a defect?

- Provide Mandatory Proof: You must send us clear proof of the issue. This must include a continuous, unedited unboxing video (showing the shipping label clearly before opening) and high-resolution photos highlighting the specific defect.
